Rear/Support Bags, 2017 Update
In the sport of long range precision field matches, rear/support bags are an essential part of the competitor’s kit. In this episode we provide an updated perspective to their Rear Bag episode produced in 2015.
We share our views as to which bags we currently use, the rationale behind our selections and how we use particular bags for different stage scenarios. Long story short, one size does not fit all and your selection will change over time – as it did for us. It will take experimentation on the part of each shooter to determine which bags work for them.

What are the two “hug” bags discussed at ~9 to 12 minutes of the video?
Hi- these were the Wiebad pump pillow (which many consider the original) and another from a company in Oregon. The name of the bag in Oregon escapes me. When I get back home I’ll look it up.
